●Entry Rules and Regulations
・Participation in this contest requires a Google account and a YouTube channel. Participants must submit a video they created themselves using their own account/channel. Entries from other accounts (such as those of friends, family, and acquaintances) will be considered invalid.
・Creating a video using generative AI is prohibited.
・The video must be set to “public.” Private or unlisted videos will be considered invalid.
・Submitted videos may be featured on the FlyingDog YouTube channel.
・A participant may submit multiple videos. However, it is only possible to win one prize per person.
・Please refer to the following guidelines for editing downloaded materials.
Video:
Adding effects and inserting text is allowed. The use of footage other than Samurai Champloo is prohibited.
Audio:
Please use the provided audio as it is. Remixing the music, adding effects, making tempo or pitch changes, or any other modifications are prohibited.
・The footage and audio provided may only be used for the purpose of creating videos for this contest. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
・The copyright (including the rights under Article 27 and Article 28 of the Japanese Copyright Act) and all other rights related to submitted videos belong exclusively to FlyingDog. Therefore, any revenue generated by posting the videos on a Google account/YouTube channel will belong to FlyingDog.
・Snippets of submitted videos may be posted on Instagram and TikTok to redirect viewers to the full video on YouTube (posting to other social media platforms is not allowed). In this case as well, any revenue generated from the videos will belong to FlyingDog.
・Apart from the above mentioned usage, posting or publishing the videos on websites other than YouTube is prohibited.
・In the future, videos submitted to this contest may be utilized by FlyingDog or its authorized third parties in various ways, not necessarily relating to Samurai Champloo. This utilization may encompass both commercial and non-commercial purposes, as well as different distribution channels such as broadcasting, streaming, screening, or video recording. Compensation for any future use of winning videos (including monetization on YouTube) will be considered to be included in the prize money. No additional payments will be made beyond this.
・We regret that we are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding selection criteria or results. Thank you for your understanding.
・If FlyingDog determines that a submitted video falls under or may fall under any of the following categories, it will be excluded from the contest without notification to the participant:
1.Content that violates or may violate laws.
2.Content that defames individuals, companies, or organizations, or infringes on privacy.
3.Content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, image rights, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
4.Content that serves as promotion for companies, products, political agendas, religious persuasions, specific ideologies, or recruitment.
5.Content that contravenes public morals and decency.
6.Content that is posted without the required hashtag (#champlooVC)
7.Content for which entry was not completed through the designated entry form after uploading the video.
8.Any other content deemed inappropriate at the discretion of FlyingDog.
・If an entry violates the above rules, we reserve the right to file an objection and remove it.

Regarding the handling of personal information submitted by participants for this contest:
Purpose of use: The information provided by participants will only be used for contacting the winners. It will not be used for any other purpose.
Information storage: We will manage the information in accordance with our privacy policy (http://www.jvcmusic.co.jp/privacy/). After retaining it for one month to confirm the winners, we will render it irretrievable and then dispose of it.
Provision and disclosure of information: We will not provide or disclose personal information to third parties without the participant’s consent, except when requested by judicial, administrative, or similar authorities based on legal requirements.
